Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Product Owner to take ownership of their CRM platform, driving its strategic direction, roadmap, and continuous improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Product Owner who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring the D365 CE platform delivers maximum value and supports key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritise the D365 CE product roadmap and backlog.
- Gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories and deliverables.
- Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and third-party partners to deliver platform enhancements.
- Drive adoption, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the D365 CE estate.
- Support Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, testing, and releases.
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and customer experience objectives.
- Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Proven experience as a
- Product Owner within a
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience managing stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- A track record of delivering successful CRM and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong Agile and backlog management experience.
- Preferred Industry Experience
