The Role
As a D365 CE Business Analyst, you’ll act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team. You’ll gather and translate requirements, support solution design, and help drive user adoption across the Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver enhancements and new features.
- Support testing, training, and change management activities.
- Champion best practices and continuous improvement within the D365 CE platform.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a Dynamics 365 CE / CRM environment.
- Strong understanding of core modules: Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is highly desirable.
- Agile delivery experience is a plus.
