Nigel Frank International are partnered with an established Dynamics 365 CRM end user who are looking to add a talented System Analyst to their central technology function, responsible for system ownership, continuous improvement and acting as the link between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of Dynamics 365 CE platform and ensure it operates efficiently and reliably.
  • Act as internal SME for CRM-related queries, improvements and system guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with users and stakeholders to translate operational needs into practical, scalable CRM solutions.
  • Contribute to configuration, workflow design, system optimisation and ongoing enhancement of the D365 CE environment.

Experience/Skills:

  • Hands-on experience supporting, administering or managing Dynamics 365 CE in a technical or systems capacity.
  • Strong configuration capability, including managing security roles, permissions, environments and general platform setup.
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into effective CRM configurations or process improvements.
  • Background in CRM support, business systems analysis, or IT systems administration.
  • Solid understanding of workflows, business rules, automation and best practices within Dynamics 365 CE.
