Fully on-site role in the centre of Newcastle. This is a 3-month fixed-term contract with a possibility of extension.
About the Role
This is a fast-paced role within IT support. It involves working with Telecom and Ticketing systems, responding to IT incidents, and communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing multiple tasks
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft-based workstations and Microsoft 365 applications
- Proactive maintenance and compliance of IT infrastructure
- Responding effectively to IT incidents
What You\’ll Bring
- Understanding of IT security and best practices
- Experience working with Telecom and Ticketing systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft platforms
- Strong hardware skills
