IT Support Analyst – Newcastle – GBP30,000

Fully on-site role in the centre of Newcastle. This is a 3-month fixed-term contract with a possibility of extension.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced role within IT support. It involves working with Telecom and Ticketing systems, responding to IT incidents, and communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing multiple tasks
2. Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft-based workstations and Microsoft 365 applications
3. Proactive maintenance and compliance of IT infrastructure
4. Responding effectively to IT incidents

What You\’ll Bring

1. Understanding of IT security and best practices
2. Experience working with Telecom and Ticketing systems
3. Familiarity with Microsoft platforms
4. Strong hardware skills
