Job Description

IT Support Analyst- Newcastle- £30,000

Fully on site role in the centre of Newcastle. This is a 3 month fixed term contract with a possibility of extension.

About the Role

This is a fast paced role working within IT support. This role involves working with Telecom and Ticketing systems, responding to IT incidents, communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple tasks
  • Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft based workstations and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Proactive maintenance and compliance of IT infrastructure
  • Responding effectively to IT incidents
