Sales Leader – Insurance & Software – UK – £200K + OTE
Nigel Frank International have been retained by a leading IT consultancy on their search for a Sales Leader. This is a dual role with real impact – you\’ll be in charge of driving new business opportunities while also managing and nurturing key existing accounts across the UK.
To be successful in this role you will have strong experience working within the UK insurance and software market and have previous experience working with a consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and developing new business pipelines within the UK insurance and software markets.
- Managing and growing selected key accounts, ensuring long-term client success.
- Engaging with senior stakeholders across insurers, MGAs, and brokers, providing value-driven conversations.
- Staying ahead of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics to position the consultancy as a trusted partner.
