Hampshire (Hybrid/Flexible) Up to £60,000 Nigel Frank is working with a growing Microsoft-focused consultancy looking to hire a client-facing Solutions Delivery Consultant to join their expanding delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading workshops, managing client relationships, driving delivery outcomes, and working closely with development teams in a fast-moving consultancy environment. This role sits at the centre of delivery operations, acting as the bridge between clients and technical teams from project kick-off through to go-live and beyond. You’ll take ownership of delivery, manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate sprint activities, and help ensure projects are delivered successfully and commercially. The business works across Microsoft technologies including Power Platform and Dynamics 365, delivering modern business applications, automation, and transformation projects for a broad client base.
You will:
- Lead discovery and requirements workshops with clients
- Own client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Translate requirements into user stories and delivery plans
- Coordinate with development teams and hold delivery accountability
- Run sprint ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives
- Escalate blockers and manage risks proactively
- Provide project updates to senior stakeholders
- Manage scope and client expectations effectively
- Identify opportunities for additional project work and growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a client-facing delivery, implementation, or consulting role
- Experience leading workshops and gathering requirements independently
- Experience working alongside and coordinating development teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery
- Experience delivering projects for external paying clients
- Familiarity with Agile and sprint-based delivery environments
