We're looking for an experienced ERP Product Manager to take full ownership of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) platform within a growing, multi-entity business. This is a true product ownership role, not a support function - you'll be responsible for shaping the road map, driving governance, managing partners, and ensuring the platform delivers real business value.

The Role

You'll act as the single point of accountability for the ERP platform, moving it from reactive support to a well-governed, strategically managed product. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to prioritise demand, improve processes, and ensure the system evolves in line with business goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the D365 F&O platform end-to-end (road map, performance, improvements)
  • Lead ERP governance - prioritisation, demand management, and decision forums
  • Manage and optimise a central backlog of enhancements and fixes
  • Oversee release planning and life cycle management
  • Act as the key point of contact for ERP-related decisions
  • Manage third-party vendors and support partners, holding them accountable
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes and system usage
  • Ensure strong controls, standards, and documentation are in place

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 F&O in a live environment
  • Background in ERP product ownership, service ownership, or platform management
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and prioritise business demand
  • Experience overseeing vendors / managed service partners
  • Good understanding of governance, releases, and controlled change
  • Nice to have: Manufacturing / supply chain environment experience
  • Exposure to product-led delivery models
  • D365 certifications (MB-310, MB-500, MB-700)

Why This Role?

  • Genuine ownership of a business-critical ERP platform
  • Opportunity to move an organisation towards a product-led ERP model
  • High visibility across the business
  • Chance to shape a scalable platform for future growth

What Success Looks Like

  • Clear ownership and accountability of the ERP platform
  • A structured, prioritised backlog aligned to business value
  • Predictable releases and improved system stability
  • Strong vendor performance and governance
  • ERP recognised as a strategic business asset, not just support
