A growing Microsoft-focused consultancy is looking to hire a Power Platform Consultant to join their expanding delivery team. The team is open to candidates coming from Microsoft partners or end-user environments, with personality and customer-facing ability being just as important as technical capability. You’ll work closely with clients to design and deliver solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, helping organisations automate processes, improve data insights, and support wider digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions that support business objectives.
  • Design and implement applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Develop and customise solutions using plug-ins and pro-code approaches where required, particularly within Dataverse and Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Translate functional requirements into practical technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

  • Commercial experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (CRM).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to operate in a client-facing consulting role.
  • Experience with plug-ins, custom development, or pro-code elements within Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Understanding of Dataverse and how it integrates across Power Platform and D365.
  • Comfortable contributing to both functional design and technical implementation.
  • Experience working in Microsoft partners or end-user organisations.
