A leading MSP in Basildon, Essex, is hiring for a Cloud Solutions Specialist. This is a hybrid role offering flexible working with occasional client site visits.
The Role: You’ll be responsible for delivering cloud and network projects, supporting pre-sales activities, and acting as a technical escalation point for junior engineers. You’ll work across Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Intune, and other cloud and networking technologies to ensure client environments are running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver cloud and network projects for clients.
- Conduct audits and pre-sales surveys to support proposals.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical escalation support.
- Onboard new clients and ensure SLA compliance.
- Advise on cloud, networking, and infrastructure solutions.
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in cloud and network project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Intune, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Previous client-facing or consulting experience is a plus.
Qualifications: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
