The Role: As a D365 CE Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge CRM solutions. You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
- Engaging with senior stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Overseeing solution delivery, integrations, and custom development using Power Platform and Azure.
- Providing governance, best practice guidance, and technical leadership to delivery teams.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in architecting and delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Strong understanding of CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
- Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience with Azure services and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-600, PL-600) highly desirable.
