Nigel Frank International are partnering with an established D365 CRM End User who are looking to add a talented D365 CE Functional Consultant to their expanding Business Application team. They are looking for someone with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to carry out hands-on customisations and configurations of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
Role Responsibilities
- Analyse and support business and technology change initiatives within the D365 ecosystem.
- Gather and document requirements, shaping a clear and prioritised product backlog.
- Configure D365 solutions in line with approved designs and promote configuration-first approaches.
- Lead workshops, deliver training, and support testing activities including UAT.
Skills & Experience
- Background in computer science, business, finance, supply chain, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience (3+ years) working with D365 CE as a Business Analyst or Consultant.
- Strong capability in D365 configuration, requirements analysis, and process design.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
Starting Salary - up to £65k
