Nigel Frank International are currently partnered with a leading global consultancy who are looking to add an established D365 CE Solutions Architect to their enterprise solutions team. The role will be pivotal in shaping CRM solutions, driving innovation, and delivering complex Dynamics 365 implementation for clients across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical designs
- Own solution design documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration patterns, and data models
- Provide architectural governance across delivery teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
- Engage with senior client stakeholders (including C-level) to shape CRM strategy and roadmap
- Define integration strategies across Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure, M365) and third-party systems
- Oversee and guide development teams, ensuring quality and alignment to solution design
- Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and design authority reviews
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations
- Stay ahead of Microsoft technology trends and drive innovation into client solutions
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions in a Solutions Architect capacity
- Deep functional and technical knowledge across core D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Proven experience with integrations using Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions)
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and cloud-native design
- Experience with data migration, data modelling, and solution performance optimisation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams in complex programmes
