Join a forward-thinking Dynamics CRM end user in the financial industry working on exciting, challenging transformation projects. Our client is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to bring their knowledge and experience with Dynamics to add significant value to their internal team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work on customisations and configurations of the company's Dynamics applications to meet business requirements, including creation of various entities, fields, forms, workflows etc.
- Gather requirements, contributing ideas and requests in backlogs.
- Collaborate with Solution Providers to ensure solutions versions are tested effectively.
- Provide support to colleagues working with end users on Dynamics systems.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working with Dynamics CRM for a minimum of 5 years.
- Expertise of Sales Module (advantageous to have worked on customer service and marketing also).
- Well organised, driven and ambitious attitude to provide exceptional solutions.
- Knowledge/Experience of working in Financial Services.
