Nigel Frank International is delighted to be working with a leading organisation undergoing a major digital transformation programme. We are seeking an experienced D365 Technical Lead to take ownership of a critical Microsoft technology estate and drive the evolution of enterprise-wide Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking technology team where you'll have significant influence over architecture, development standards, platform strategy, and future technology direction.

The Role

As the D365 Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that support key business functions. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, translating business requirements into innovative technical solutions while providing leadership to development and support teams. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's CRM and application landscape, ensuring solutions are secure, robust, and aligned with long‑term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
  • Drive the development of Model‑Driven Apps, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse‑based solutions
  • Design and oversee integrations with enterprise applications and cloud services
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams
  • Establish and maintain development standards, governance, and best practices
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical roadmaps
  • Support Agile delivery processes and ensure successful project outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and platform optimisation
  • Ensure security, scalability, resilience, and performance across the application estate

Skills & Experience

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Experience designing and delivering enterprise‑scale Microsoft solutions
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, SQL, workflows, plugins, and integrations
  • Experience with Azure services and cloud‑based architectures
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and modern development practices
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Previous experience leading technical teams or development functions
