We are currently partnered with an innovative Dynamics 365 CRM end user who are looking to add a talented System Analyst to help shape, support and continuously improve their Dynamics 365 environment with a strong focus on Customer Engagement!

Sitting as part of the wider Information Systems function, this position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on system ownership, problem-solving and acting as the link between technology and business teams in a fast-moving collaborative setting.

Responsibilities
  • Support, administer and optimise a live Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment, ensuring stability and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for CRM queries, troubleshooting issues, managing configurations and supporting system releases.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective system changes, workflows and enhancements.
  • Maintain system documentation, processes and best-practice guidance while contributing to ongoing platform development and user adoption.
Experience
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (preferably Customer Engagement), including configuration, security roles and environment management.
  • Background in CRM, business systems analysis, application support or a similar technical systems role.
  • Strong understanding of workflows, business rules, automation and translating user requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage BAU support alongside longer-term improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
