- Managing the full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 projects from discovery through to delivery.

- Leading project teams of consultants, developers, and technical staff, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Driving communication between stakeholders, keeping clients informed and engaged.
- Ensuring adherence to best practices and Microsoft standards throughout the project lifecycle.
