Role overview
We are seeking a CRM Administrator with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and ongoing development of the organisation’s CRM system.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the CRM operates efficiently, data remains accurate and reliable, and users across the organisation are well supported. You will work closely with internal teams and external technical partners to resolve issues, enhance functionality, and improve overall system performance.
The role also involves identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting automation initiatives, and helping to embed effective CRM usage across the organisation through training and guidance.
Key responsibilities
CRM administration and support
- Manage CRM support requests via the ticketing system, including triaging, resolving, and escalating issues where required
- Act as the main internal contact for CRM queries and system support
- Collaborate with external suppliers to manage technical incidents and service requests
- Maintain user access rights and permission structures
- Deliver minor system fixes and support day-to-day CRM functionality
Data quality and reporting
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of CRM data through regular reviews and cleansing activities
- Identify and resolve duplicate or incomplete records
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools
- Support data analysis to provide meaningful insights for stakeholders
Training and user enablement
- Deliver CRM training sessions for new starters and existing staff
- Provide both one-to-one and group-based training support
- Produce user guides, documentation, and training materials
- Promote consistent and effective use of the CRM system across teams
Process improvement and automation
- Review existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Support the design and implementation of streamlined processes and automation

Governance and system management
- Support the development and maintenance of CRM policies and standards

Person specification
Essential knowledge and experience
- Strong practical experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Understanding of CRM configuration, administration, and support processes
- Experience managing data quality, workflows, and automation tools (e.g. Power Platform)
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with business systems (e.g. CMS, LMS or similar)
- Knowledge of data governance and GDPR requirements
- Experience producing reports and dashboards
- Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
- Knowledge of SQL and/or FetchXML
- Relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field
