Dynamics 365 CE Application Analyst – Hybrid – (Doncaster, 2 days a week)
Join an established, forward-thinking Dynamics 365 CRM end user providing 1st/2nd line support whilst also contributing to transformation projects to improve customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Strong experience working with Dynamics CRM, with a focus on customer engagement and Power Platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
- Hands-on experience in application analysis and deployment in Dynamics 365 CE.
- Ability to carry out some customisations and system configurations.
- An analytical approach to work, with strong organisational skills
- Confident writing, functional and technical documents.
