Overview
Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM Business Systems Analyst
I am actively seeking an enthusiastic Systems Support Analyst with hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM for a role with a reputable service sector organisation. The candidate will be the main POC for day-to-day CE/ CRM system issues while providing support on a range of customisation, integration and roll-out projects. The role offers the chance to work within a collaborative IT team with strong progression prospects and a hybrid working model requiring 2 days per week in modern South Yorkshire offices.
Responsibilities
- Main POC for system support issues on D365 CE, particularly the Sales and/or Customer Service modules
- Involvement in system analysis, requirement gathering, process mapping and functional system design for new esystem enhancements
- System customisation/configuration using Power Platform, Power Automate and Power Apps
- Functional system testing and key user training
- Product Ownership – ongoing management of the solution and ensuring CRM environment operates effectively for users
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong functional understanding of Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM, particularly the Sales and/or Customer Service modules
- End-to-end project lifecycle skills with strengths in process/requirement analysis, workshop facilitation and documentation
- Power Platform/low-code customization skills, including creating Power Automate flows and developing Power Apps
- Confident communication and stakeholder/user engagement skills
