Location; Uxbridge (4 days on site)

Salary: Up to £95k + £5k car allowance

Role Purpose

This a great opportunity to join the business as the Director of IT and lead their ongoing digital transformation. This role drives innovation, sets the vision for technology, and ensures alignment with business objectives and community impact goals.

Working closely with the Senior Executive Team you will provide strategic leadership for IT security, business intelligence, and business continuity, ensuring the organisation remains ahead of technological trends and delivers value through digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the technology strategy and roadmap for the business .
• Lead IT service delivery and transformation teams.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Drive innovation through AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Oversee infrastructure, systems, and business intelligence capabilities.
• Manage technology budgets and promote a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Act as a strategic advisor on digital enablement and technology risks.

Key skills / experience:

• Experience: 10+ years in senior IT leadership, with proven success in digital transformation and innovation.
• Expertise: IT strategy, governance, cybersecurity, data analytics, and risk management.
• Skills: Strategic thinker, strong leadership, excellent communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Qualifications: Degree in IT or related field (Master’s preferred); relevant technical certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics and Cloud technologies.
