A growing AI consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Transformation Team Lead to take ownership of client engagements, lead a high-performing consulting team and help shape how transformation is delivered across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing AI consultancy at a key stage of its development. You'll work directly with enterprise clients to deliver meaningful transformation, identify opportunities for account growth and mentor the next generation of AI and transformation professionals. You'll also play a key role in improving delivery methodologies, building scalable processes and helping the business grow its consulting capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery across multiple client transformation engagements, ensuring clear outcomes and measurable business impact
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and become a trusted consulting partner
- Identify follow-on opportunities and account growth through delivering tangible client value
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of Adoption Managers and Agent Engineers
- Act as a player-coach, contributing directly to key client workstreams where required
- Set high standards across delivery, communication, quality and accountability
