An established global consulting and transformation practice is seeking an experienced CRM Solutions Architect to join a growing technology team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex enterprise transformation programmes for large-scale organisations, helping clients modernise customer engagement capabilities and optimise business processes.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver scalable CRM solutions, guide technical strategy, and support organisations through major digital change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Discovery & Strategy: Engage with stakeholders to understand organisational goals, operational challenges, and transformation priorities. Lead workshops and discovery sessions to capture business, technical, integration, security, and compliance requirements. Assess existing environments and define future-state CRM strategies and roadmaps.
- Solution Design: Design scalable and maintainable CRM architectures aligned to business outcomes. Produce high-quality technical and functional design documentation. Provide strategic guidance on platform capabilities, integrations, and optimisation opportunities.
- Delivery Oversight: Support the successful delivery of enterprise CRM implementations from inception through to deployment. Collaborate with technical teams, business analysts, and project stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional and quality expectations. Contribute to governance, solution assurance, and implementation best practices.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor team members and contribute to capability development within the wider practice. Participate in pre-sales activities, solution shaping, and proposal development. Share knowledge and contribute to innovation initiatives around emerging platform capabilities and modern business applications.
- Essential: Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise CRM solutions within complex business environments. Expertise across customer engagement platforms, cloud technologies, workflow automation, and identity/access management solutions. Experience leading client workshops and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience contributing to solution proposals, bids, or commercial engagements. Proven background working in technical consultant, lead consultant, or architecture-focused roles.
- Desirable: Exposure to large-scale transformation programmes across regulated or enterprise environments. Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and automation capabilities within modern business platforms. Experience with agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional programme delivery. Knowledge of process improvement, user adoption, and training approaches. Additional exposure to operational systems such as service management, ERP, workforce management, or finance platforms would be advantageous.
