- Engage with stakeholders both internal and external to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.

Skills & Qualifications
- Experience customising, configuring and developing D365 CE solutions.
- Strong working knowledge of one or more of the core modules - Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, Customer Insights.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
