Nigel Frank have been appointed by a globally renowned retail business, who are undergoing a significant digital transformation, to assist their search for a skilled Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) Developer to join its growing technology team. This role will focus on enhancing, supporting, and optimising D365 FO and related systems across multiple markets. This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining customisations and integrations to meet evolving business needs. You will work closely with internal teams and third-party partners to support the roll out of D365FO, respond to technical queries, and provide hands-on development support across various applications, including legacy AX Dynamics and BizTalk. The role requires a 2 to 3 day weekly on site presence in Berkshire.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain customisations and integrations in Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective solutions are delivered on time and meet business requirements.
- Conduct system testing and maintain documentation to support development and compliance standards (including SOX).
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes.
- Contribute to project delivery and knowledge-sharing within the wider IT team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 F&O development, including architecture, customisations, and integration work.
- At least 3 years' experience with Dynamics AX / X++.
- Strong knowledge of key D365 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Commerce.
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, LCS, and SQL Server.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Candidates must reside in the UK with the right to work.
