We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to lead the delivery of high-quality Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, analyse business processes, design effective solutions, and drive successful end-to-end system implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable, future-proof solutions.
- Design, configure, and customise Dynamics 365 applications to meet client needs.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, solution architecture, and platform capabilities.
- Manage product backlogs, create user stories, and produce functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
- Ensure solution quality, performance, and adherence to project governance.
- Build strong, trusted client relationships and mentor junior consultants.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with PowerApps and Power Automate (Flows).
- Demonstrated leadership across large-scale or complex projects.
- Excellent business process mapping and requirements-gathering capabilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
