As an Enterprise Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting, developing, and enhancing a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, with a particular focus on Customer Engagement functionality. Working as part of the wider Information Systems team, this position is well suited to someone who enjoys hands-on system ownership, continuous improvement, and acting as the link between technical teams and business stakeholders within a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally within a technical, systems, or administrative capacity
  • Strong configuration skills across CRM environments, including security and access control
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery
  • Experience managing both business-as-usual support and ongoing system improvements
  • Background in CRM systems, business analysis, or IT support
  • Solid understanding of workflows, business rules, and automation tools
