As an Enterprise Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting, developing, and enhancing a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, with a particular focus on Customer Engagement functionality. Working as part of the wider Information Systems team, this position is well suited to someone who enjoys hands-on system ownership, continuous improvement, and acting as the link between technical teams and business stakeholders within a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support and administration of Dynamics 365, particularly Customer Engagement modules

- Support day-to-day system usage alongside longer-term enhancements and optimisation initiatives
- Manage workflows, business rules, and process automation within the platform
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective system performance and adoption
Skills and experience
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally within a technical, systems, or administrative capacity
- Strong configuration skills across CRM environments, including security and access control
- Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery
- Experience managing both business-as-usual support and ongoing system improvements
- Background in CRM systems, business analysis, or IT support
