D365 CRM Consultant – End User | Oxfordshire | £50,000 + Benefits

Are you ready to take ownership of a cutting-edge Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system and lead digital transformation from within? Our client, a leading end user is looking for a D365 CRM Consultant to drive their customer engagement strategy forward.

Location: Hybrid – 2 days in Oxfordshire

Salary: Up to £50,000

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role:

As the D365 CRM Consultant , you will be the internal champion for Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to enhance CRM functionality, lead system improvements, and ensure the platform supports long-term growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise the D365 CRM platform across the organisation
• Define and deliver the CRM strategy and roadmap
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Oversee third-party vendors and consultants
• Provide training and support to internal users
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and reporting accuracy

• Strong understanding of CRM processes, workflows, and customisations
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is advantageous
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
