D365 CE Functional Consultant

Nigel Frank International are partnered with an prestigious Dynamics 365 CE end user who are looking to add a skilled D365 CE Functional Consultant to their business applications team.Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into clear, well‐structured functional designs for Microsoft Power Platform solutions.Lead workshops and requirements‐gathering activities to map processes, identify inefficiencies and shape improvements that enhance day‐to‐day operations.Configure and design solutions across Power Apps (Canvas and Model‐Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse, collaborating closely with architects and developers throughout delivery.Provide functional leadership from concept through testing, user validation and deployment, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with organisational goals.Establish and promote standards for functional design, ensuring consistency, reusability and adherence to governance across both agile and traditional delivery approaches.Skills Strong hands‐on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, with the ability to translate business processes into intuitive, user‐centred solutions.Confident working across both functional and technical domains, engaging effectively with stakeholders and delivery teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex requirements and design solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in situations where information or direction may be evolving.Collaborative, knowledge‐sharing approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and supporting capability growth across the organisation.
