This MSP in Southwest London is looking for a proactive hands-on Cloud Engineer / Administrator to join its growing team of engineers. The role involves day-to-day support of client cloud systems and security, alongside close collaboration with colleagues to maintain high service standards.

As part of the role, you will be responsible for coordinating a small team of engineers to ensure that they have the equipment they need to carry out jobs, and deal with the management tasks associated with running an MSP.

Technical Skills
  • Experience in Windows environments, including hardware troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, including Conditional Access and SharePoint setup.
  • Working knowledge of a leading firewall vendor (FortiGate preferred).
  • Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver technical tasks on time.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating teams to deliver solutions.
Working Hours
  • 40 hours per week, typically between 09:00 and 17:30.
  • Primarily office-based, with occasional travel to client locations as required.
  • Opportunities to develop expertise in new and emerging technologies.
  • Autonomy in managing and improving technical environments.
  • Clear scope for career progression, with potential long-term advancement to Ops Manager / Director level.
