A technically focused MSP is looking to hire a Cloud Engineer & Team Coordinator to own their clients' cloud infrastructure and keep a busy team of senior engineers running smoothly. You will take the lead on cloud systems, security, and firewall management across a varied client base, working closely with both support colleagues and external suppliers to ensure service quality is consistently delivered and continuously improved. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support client cloud infrastructure, security, and network environments
- Act as the dedicated escalation point for firewall and network queries
- Script and automate cloud deployment and reporting, primarily in SharePoint
- Test and roll out updates to firewalls and routers
- Coordinate a team of senior engineers, ensuring they have the equipment and information needed to deliver
Skills & Experience
- Working knowledge of a leading firewall vendor - FortiGate ideal
- Windows environment support and hardware troubleshooting experience
- O365 administration including conditional access and SharePoint setup
- MDM experience
