We’re looking for a technically strong CRM Systems Specialist to join a growing, high-performing team in Central London. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, systems, and customer experience — owning the technical side of a CRM ecosystem and helping drive smarter, more connected customer engagement.
You won’t just be using the CRM — you’ll be shaping how it works, how it connects, and how it supports both sales and marketing teams day-to-day.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the technical configuration and ongoing optimisation of the CRM platform
- Building and managing integrations between CRM, marketing automation tools, and other systems
- Ensuring a seamless omnichannel data flow across web, email, social, and sales touchpoints
- Designing and maintaining data structures, segmentation logic, and automation workflows
- Supporting marketing with audience builds, lifecycle triggers, and campaign execution
- Enabling sales teams with clean, actionable customer insights and pipeline visibility
- Troubleshooting system issues, sync errors, and data inconsistencies
- Developing dashboards and reporting to track performance and customer behaviour
- Acting as a guardian of data quality, governance, and GDPR compliance
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a CRM systems / marketing technology / data-focused role
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms and lifecycle campaigns
- Solid understanding of data management, segmentation, and customer journeys
- Confidence working with integrations, APIs, or data syncing between systems
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, with exposure to SQL a strong advantage
- Experience building reports or dashboards (e.g. Power BI or similar tools)
- A proactive mindset — someone who can identify problems and build scalable solutions
Why this role?
- Opportunity to take real ownership of a complex CRM and data ecosystem
- Work closely with both commercial and digital teams, influencing real business outcomes
- Be part of a team that values quality, detail, and customer experience
- A role where your work directly impacts growth, retention, and performance
