Business Central Support Lead My client is a growing Microsoft BC partner looking for a driven and passionate individual to join their team as Business Central Support Lead. This is a full time, permanent role – offering remote working. The role will involve: Providing 1st/2nd/3rd Line Business Central ticketing support to a variety of clients across the industry Providing customer satisfaction by troubleshooting and resolving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central-related issues Work with their project teams on new upcoming implementations and upgrades Provide support on post-go-live client systemsSkill set required: Strong technical understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central/ Dynamics NAV Previous experience providing D365 BC / NAV support at either partner or end user Motived and strong desire to grow with the role and team Excellent problem solving, communication and team work skillsWhats on offer?
