Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the D365 CRM platform, including day-to-day management and long-term roadmap
- Identify opportunities to enhance and expand system functionality
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Drive improvements in user experience and adoption across the business
- Streamline and automate business processes using D365 capabilities
- Manage system integrations and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Oversee system updates, releases, and ongoing performance
- Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related queries and support
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (essential)
