Nigel Frank International are partnered with a growing Dynamics 365 CRM end user who are seeking a skilled Product Manager to drive change and help to expand the platform whilst maintaining positive user experience!

Responsibilities
  • Lead the continuous enhancement of Dynamics 365 CE by gathering requirements, prioritising features, and ensuring solutions align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product improvements.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from backlog management to release planning, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Champion user experience, driving adoption through effective communication, training support, and iterative optimisation.

  • Proven track record managing Dynamics 365 CE implementations, upgrades, and ongoing product evolution.
