Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement CRM solutions using Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Customise and configure CRM systems to align with evolving business needs.
- Develop and manage integrations between CRM and other enterprise systems via APIs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate effort, and deliver on time.
- Support system upgrades, performance optimisation, and ongoing maintenance.
