Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the D365 CRM platform, including day-to-day management and long-term roadmap
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and expand system functionality
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions
  • Drive improvements in user experience and adoption across the business
  • Streamline and automate business processes using D365 capabilities
  • Manage system integrations and ensure data integrity across platforms
  • Oversee system updates, releases, and ongoing performance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related queries and support

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (essential)
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business process optimisation
  • Experience in system configuration, customisation, and enhancement
  • Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset
