We're hiring an Azure Infrastructure Analyst to join a growing technology function supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across CRM, eCommerce, data, ticketing, and cloud platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in solution design, architecture support, or technical business analysis who enjoys working across both technical and business-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support solution design activities across CRM, eCommerce, ticketing, integration, and data platforms
- Translate business and functional requirements into architecture models, diagrams, and technical documentation
- Create and maintain architecture artefacts including system landscapes, integration diagrams, capability models, and application roadmaps
- Administer and maintain architecture content within Orbus Infinity and related EA tooling
- Support governance and Technology Design Authority (TDA) processes, including architecture intake and review coordination
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across business and technology teams
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience within Solution Design, Architecture Support, or Technical Business Analysis roles
- Hands-on experience producing architecture artefacts including data flows, integration diagrams, and system context models
- Experience working with Azure infrastructure and cloud-based environments
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as CRM, eCommerce, ticketing, and analytics systems
- Experience supporting architecture governance processes or solution review forums
- Proficiency with architecture and modelling tools such as Orbus, ArchiMate, Visio, or Lucidchart
- Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks including TOGAF, BCS, or Zachman
