This is a great opportunity for a Support Engineer to join a leading Microsoft Partner. The company specialise in delivering solutions to high-profile government, banking and defence sector customers. Due to continued growth, theyβre looking for a 1st Line Engineer to join their dynamic support team working with one of their key customers in Warrington.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing first-line technical support to end-users both on site and remotely.
- Administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
- Managing Azure Active Directory users, groups, and policies.
- Assisting with Intune deployments and device management.
- Logging, tracking, and resolving incidents via the service desk system.
- Escalating complex issues to 2nd/3rd line teams where necessary.
Key skills required:
- At least 1 year of experience in a 1st Line Support or Service Desk role.
- Good knowledge of M365 administration and support.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AD.
- Experience with Intune deployments.
- Experience building laptops / Mac support.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- SC clearance eligibility (or willingness to undergo clearance).
