Head of Digital Systems - Manchester - c£45,000
A growing facilities management business is looking to appoint a Head of Digital Systems to lead the development of its digital systems, automation and AI capabilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about Microsoft technologies, AI and digital transformation who wants to take ownership of technology initiatives and make a tangible impact across a business.
Working directly with the Managing Director, you'll play a key role in driving Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, automation and business intelligence. You'll have the opportunity to identify inefficiencies, develop innovative solutions and help shape the organisation's long-term technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID
- Drive the adoption and effective use of Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered solutions across the business
- Design, build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to streamline business processes
- Develop dashboards, reporting and business intelligence solutions to support decision-making
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency
- Improve and integrate business systems across the organisation
Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID
- Experience administering, managing or improving Microsoft 365 environments
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, Power Platform or business process automation
- Hands-on experience building Power Apps and Power Automate workflows would be advantageous
- Understanding of business intelligence, dashboards and reporting
