A growing technology consultancy is looking to add a Junior M365 Consultant to its team, supporting clients across Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace and cloud technologies. This is a great opportunity for someone with around 2-3 years' experience in Microsoft 365, IT support, infrastructure or a consultancy environment who is looking to take the next step into a more client-facing consulting role. You'll work alongside experienced consultants and engineers, supporting customer projects, assisting with M365 implementations and helping clients get the most from their Microsoft technology. You won't be expected to lead projects from day one, but you'll have the opportunity to develop your technical and consulting skills over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support consultants and engineers across a range of Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace projects
- Assist with M365 implementations, configuration and ongoing improvements
- Support technologies including SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Entra ID and Microsoft Purview
- Help gather customer requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions
- Assist with technical documentation, project plans and customer deliverables
- Troubleshoot and resolve M365 and cloud-related issues
Skills & Experience
- Around 2-3 years' experience in M365, IT support, infrastructure or a technology consultancy environment
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies
- Exposure to SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Entra ID or Purview would be advantageous
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and supporting users or customers
- Comfortable producing clear technical documentation and project deliverables
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
