A growing technology services business is looking to appoint an experienced Endpoint Solutions Engineer to join its Endpoint & Modern Workplace team, supporting a range of customers across London and the South East.

This is a great opportunity for a technically strong IT professional with experience across Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint, infrastructure and networking who enjoys working directly with customers and delivering high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver minor installation and implementation projects for customers
• Provide technical support across contracted and non-contracted customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, server, network and infrastructure issues
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and support teams
• Assist the sales team with pre-sales activities, including technical surveys and solution design
• Make recommendations around technical procedures, customer environments and improvements

Skills & Experience

• Strong technical knowledge across Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint and infrastructure technologies
• Experience troubleshooting desktop, server and network environments
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients
• Ability to work effectively alongside technical engineers and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads against service requirements
