A leading UK law firm is looking to appoint an experienced IT Trainer to join its Information Technology team and support the ongoing development of its people and technology capabilities. This is a great opportunity for an IT Trainer with experience within a legal services environment who enjoys working directly with users, delivering engaging training and helping colleagues get the most from their technology.

You'll work alongside an existing IT Trainer to deliver onboarding and refresher training, develop engaging learning materials and support the firm's wider adoption of IT systems and software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored IT induction and onboarding training for new employees
  • Develop and maintain training programmes suited to different roles and departments
  • Identify training needs and deliver regular refresher sessions
  • Create engaging training, knowledge-sharing and supporting materials
  • Develop effective testing methods to assess user proficiency and knowledge
  • Support and maintain an online library of training resources
  • Work closely with IT Support to identify common user issues and incorporate solutions into training
