The postholder will play a key role in developing, overseeing and implementing key strategic programmes and projects that drive forward Council’s ambitious corporate vision and objectives.
The postholder will be required to establish, implement and manage a strategic approach to community and programme development to include, sourcing, accessing, and delivering programme investment, and implementing the necessary procedures, processes and controls to professionally oversee the management and delivery of the same.
The postholder will develop and manage strategic partnerships to collaborate and deliver strategic outcomes, and be capable of managing complex projects with a high level of stakeholder relationships.
