The predicted salary is between 32597 - 35412 £ per year.

The trainee will gain on the job experience and undertake a learning and development training plan, which must be successfully completed by the end of the 2-year period, to enable the trainee to competently carry out the role of Neighbourhood Operations Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Neighbourhood Operations Manager/Officer in the management and delivery of an efficient, effective and customer focused service.
  • Manage resources to enable the smooth operation of the functions in line with service delivery and improvement plans.
  • Assist with the development and delivery of Neighbourhood Services which supports the Council’s vision, values and strategic direction.

Location: Rotational – Magherafelt, Cookstown & Dungannon Depots (Will be required to work across other Council sites across the Mid Ulster District).

Following a satisfactory 2-year completion period as a Trainee Neighbourhood Operations Supervisor, the postholder will progress to the Scale SO1 SCP 25 – 27 (£36,363 – £38,220 gross per annum).
