Salary: £37,280 – £42,839 per annum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
Responsibilities:
- Managing day‑to‑day operations and delivery of all facility services within the Housing Executive’s office estate, including soft facilities such as cleaning, security, waste management and H&S compliance.
- Contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery and our vision and values.
Requirements:
- A) Possess a degree or equivalent level qualification (Level 6+) in a facilities management discipline (or related subject) and demonstrate at least two years’ relevant experience managing facilities and accommodation.
- B) 4 years’ relevant experience in managing facilities and accommodation (please include dates).
- Significant relevant experience in each of the following areas:
- Facilities management in a medium‑ to large‑scale organisation over multiple locations.
- Supervision of staff across a range of services.
- Specification and management of facilities contracts.
- Financial control of budgets and management of costs.
- Current driving licence or access to a transport mode that enables full fulfilment of the post.
