We’re looking for an organised, people focused individual to join our team as a Scheme Coordinator. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll support tenants to live independently and build positive community relationships. This is one of our larger schemes, supporting a community of 39 internal apartments and 20 external properties comprising a mix of apartments and bungalows. As a result, the role can be fast paced and demanding at times, requiring excellent organisation, the ability to prioritise competing demands, and confidence in building relationships with a diverse range of tenants, contractors and partner agencies.

Experience in housing, community development, customer service, wellbeing, support work, healthcare, or a similar people focused environment would be beneficial.

What you’ll enjoy:

  • Building community connections and organising events
  • Working independently with responsibility and variety
  • Developing skills in housing, wellbeing, safeguarding and tenancy support
  • Working with health, social care and community partners
  • Opportunities for training and professional development
