Apex Housing Association (Apex) provides housing, care and support for the needs of the whole community in a variety of settings across Northern Ireland.
Apex provides and maintains over 7,000 high quality homes across Northern Ireland and delivers care and support for around 16,000 tenants and residents.
Educated to degree level
Experience of developing / delivering Community focused programmes which have the potential to improve people’s lives.
Experience of developing and delivering strategic action plans and service improvement initiatives.
Experience of working with strategic and community partners to deliver services within a community.
Experience of Project Management.
Experience of being responsible for managing project budgets and performance monitoring.
Experience of preparation of reports, presentation and performance information for senior management
2 years managing staff and leading teams to achieve agreed outcomes (in a team environment).
