Apex Housing Association is seeking an Assets Officer for the Head Office (Planned & Cyclical). The role is permanent, 37 hours per week, with a hybrid working model after 12 weeks of employment. It supports the delivery of planned and cyclical maintenance programmes across our asset base.
The ideal candidate holds a relevant third level qualification in building/construction or property maintenance and has several years of relevant experience as described in the posting.
