Customer Service Advisor

About the role
As a member of our Service Centre Team, you will be operating within a dynamic, responsive, and fast-paced environment in which you will provide an outstanding service to all current and potential customers contacting Clanmil. You will be using different communication channels to communicate with customers and promoting digital channels where possible.
About you
You’re passionate about delivering excellent customer service and helping people overcome challenges. Organised, resilient and approachable, you’re confident building trusted relationships and adapting to changing priorities in a busy environment.
One years’ experience of dealing with a high volume of customer queries in a front-line customer service role such as a call/service centre, retail etc, will help you succeed in this role.
